Actually, the building hasn't been sealed for a long time. It was available
on the market as commercial property a couple of years ago. Of course, 
nobody bought it. The last I heard, it was slated for demolition. It
might have been knocked down already. (There was a small front-page
article in the Washington Post a couple of months ago about it).
