Rather than saturating newsgroups with requests of this sort, it 
would be a deal more efficient (not to mention less annoying B-) to 
make use of the very excellent gopher search facilities and search 
ALL back posts of this and other newsgroups for "Ebola" or 
"filoviruses".  I do this via the Web, by pointing my browser at 
gopher://merlot.gdb.org:70/11/Usenet-News, and doing a Bionet search.

Just such a sample turned up:
