Adenovirus assay

I have been contracted to do some assays on some adenovirus, a virus I have
never worked with before.  I have been told that I can assay by simple TCID50 on
Vero cells.

If anyone has any comments or suggestions I would be jhappy to hear them,
especially if anyone knows what is the 'usual' or even maximal titre one can
expect from an adeovirus stock.
