Skin diseases

Does anyone know the symptoms or appearance of dermatitis caused by deisel oil.
My father has a skin problem. It is localised to an area on his back. It 
takes the form of a small cluster of goose pimples. The discomfort is also
felt in his legs and arms and maybe a single pimple could be the cause.
