New groups

Certainly having a group specifically targetted towards methods would allow 
those interested in technical and methodological aspects of the broader 
subject of virology to communicate with each other.  However, I am not sure 
such a move is 
really necessary.  It is only when something sensational such as the Ebola 
outbreak (occurring immediately following a sensational book and movie) 
that the virology newsgroup gets overwhelmed by posts from the lay 
public.  Although the topics in the virology group do tend to stray from 
the technical at times, I generally find the discussions useful 
and interesting.  I would prefer this to having to follow two separate 
groups.
