AAV vectors

Hy 
I am looking for an AAV vectors system. I want to immortalize cells. Since I 
have a limmited amount of poorly proliferaimtg cells I am looking for a AAV 
vector system, i.e. an AAV vector for my oncogene and an AAV helper virus.
Can anybody tell me how and under what conditions I can get such an vector 
system?
