graduate study in virology

I am an undergraduate at NYU and am planning to pursue study in virology
at the graduate level within a year or two. Right now, I am doing
molecular studies in a neural science lab (on serotonin receptors) - I
had tried to work for Alice Huang (wife of David Baltimore); however, she
closed her lab, so I wound up in neural science. Despite this, I am
extremely interested in viruses and will definitely do my PhD in
virology.
I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on the best way
to go about looking for the specific area in virology to work in; right
now, I know relatively little about the subject, though I know a
considerable amount of molecular biology - I would greatly appreciate any
and all help . . .
                                Sincerely,

				Todd Anthony
