I myself am engaged in a research project concerning Ebola. I found the
Entrez service of the National Center for Biotechology Information to be
very helpful.
I would suggest looking at MedLine, possibly Index Medicus, because for
the most part studies have been limited to the Journal of Virology, FEBS
Letters, and a few others.
Much of the Ebola Virus has in fact been sequenced, and I can find
sequence information for the Nucleoprotein, VP-35, VP-40, VP 24, as well
as some others.
I would appreciate pointers to crystallographic information, if such data
exists
