I myself am engaged in a research project concerning Ebola. I found the 
Entrez service of the National Center for Biotechology Information to be 
very helpful. 
I would suggest looking at MedLine, possibly Index Medicus, because for 
the most part studies have been limited to the Journal of Virology, FEBS 
Letters, and a few others.
Much of the Ebola Virus has in fact been sequenced, and I can find 
sequence information for the Nucleoprotein, VP-35, VP-40, VP 24, as well 
as some others.
I would appreciate pointers to crystallographic information, if such data 
exists
