looking for ed rybicki (apologies to others)

I humbly apologize to the world for wasting bandwidth here, but i need to
get ahold of ed rybicki at Univ. Cape Town, S. Africa.

Ed- For reasons i don't understand, email to you gets bounced back at me
and my sysops are of little help.  The computer says it doesn't
recognize/know your domain!!  I need to contact you for some advice and
explanations regarding S. African academic standards, grading system, etc. 
It's fairly important, so please drop me a line ASAP.  I've even tried
sending you email via your web pages.

If i don't hear from you soon, I'll send you a fax.
