This is precisely what the book is! It is a NOVEL about actual events written 
by the author with HIS literary style.

If you want hard scientific facts one shouldn't read a NOVEL but go and read 
RESEARCH papers; over the last 10 years there has been 200+ articles 
published on Ebola and/or Marburgh.
