Does anyone know if co-transfections of tegument proteins alters the intracellular localisation of these proteins from that seen in infected cells or cells transfected with one protein. Are there any conditions that affect cellular localisations in transfections e.g. length of time the cells are incubated with DNA. Cheers Ravindra Chaudhari
