FIAU Reports

I am looking for a copy of the NIH Review Committee Report on FIAU.  I know I can  
obtain it under FOI, but my experience has been that FOI requests take a year or 
more. (Please note that this report is the NIH report, not the FDA or Institute of 
Medicine reports.)
  
If anyone has a copy that they would be willing to share, I would be happy to 
reimburse the provider for reasonable copying and mail charges.  Please respond by
