Immobilization of Enzymes

We are investigating applications for new approaches to the
immobilization of enzymes for use in bio-reactors. We are
interested to obtain comments and suggestions in relation to
the following: 

1.   Details of currently available enzymes which have a
limited or no commercial application because they cannot
be adequately immobilized or where they is a need for
improved performance justifying an alternative processes. 

2.   Details of currently available enzymes which have a
limited or no commercial application because they are
unstable in commercially viable operating conditions or
have very short lives.

3.   What are considered the range of cost-effective
production rates for commercial scale processing  using
enzymes.
