lymp denapaty (patient asks from Istanbul)

Sorry for the inq. but I need help.
what is the reason of lymp denapaty in bowel. Tomograpy says there are some 
lymph package in the lover area of abdomen below the diaphram.
Is the any other reason different from CA? There is no metastas.
Is there any modern method to understand the reason of these lymph packeges?
Is the laporotomy only method?
Any help or advice will be highly appreciated.
