according to what you want to do with the virus.

Passage in animals is BL4
Growth in tissue culture, BL3 (BL4 for high vols. or concentrates)
Potentially infected human or rodent tissues, BL2 (BL3 practices)
Caring for patients or doing autopsies: N/A
