See if you can locate:  Major Human Diseases Past and Present.
 On pages 699 - 702 gives a history of the virus, clinical
manifestation and pathology of both Ebola Zaire and Ebola
Sudan.  Other titles you may check are:  Lassa, Marburg and
Rift Valley fever.
 
In the fiction section of the book selves Robin Cook wrote a
book titled "Outbreak" (no ties to the movie), that deals with
Ebola.  Also, there is a new book on the market titled The Hot
Zone.
