Questions about SV40 Virus and polio-vaccination

One of my friends needs help for her essay about
    risks in transfering genes with the help of viruses
She would be glad if someone could answer the following questions:
 
1.) Since when and how long has the so called "polio - vaccination" with
    modified (not killed) viruses been used in the Federal Republic of Germany
    (With the viruses not cultivated after the Jenner method / no cowpox) ?
 
2.) Would you please give me information about the
    "ADENO SV40 hybrid virus".
 
3.) What kind of organisms or protozoa are hosts for the SV40 virus ?
 
4.) For what kind of animals (mammals?) has a oncogene effect of the SV40 virus
    been proved ?
