hello We have tryed what Elizabeth Estabrook suggested to you and we got the best results with the Superscript (Gibco BRL) and by using DTT (because we have tested many Enzymes and with or without using DTT and RNASIN). I can also advice you to try the Taq polymerase made by Amersham "tube", it's characterized by doing a long amplifications. GOOD luck
