Actually, we may me talking about a lysogenic phage of group A Streptococci
which is responsible for increased virulence. Hence the virus-bacteria
confusion in the media. Not unlike Corynebacteria dipterhia if I 
remember correctly, but certainly significant, and novel in its own right.
