You have to find a cell line that the virus you are looking for likes.
Seed this cell line into cell culture tubes. After cells become
confluent enough, inoculate the tubes with the inoculum. You have
to treat the specimen so that it won't be toxic to the cell culture.
Maintain the tubes at proper temperature (different viruses like different
temps).
