purification of TBRV

Hi,
does anyone have a good protocol for purification of Tomato Black
Ring Virus. The one that we have has not produced as high a yield
as we expected. It is unusual in that there is no PEG/NaCl pptation
step in it and we wondered if this was the reason for the poor yields.
