I am experiencing great difficulty in synthesising ds cDNA from a ss RNA potyvirus genome using Promega's Riboclone cDNA Synthesis kit. Has anyone used this kit successfully, or unsuccessfully? Any comments would be of help. Thanks, Steve Wylie
