Integrase: need help

Hi all,

I am not a virologist but for some reason I would like to get information
on work done on integrases.
Could someone provide me some references or addresses of lab working on
integrases ?
Some of the questions I would like to get an aswer to : 

- How many different integrases exist?
- What's their specificity toward LTR sequences?
- is there a temperature sensistive version of any integrase?
