Acyclovir sensitivity testing

Our lab (SoCal Kaiser Regional Virology) has recently decided to try to
bring Acyclovir sensitivity testing in house.  We're not really sure how
to perform the assay and were wondering if anyone else had any suggestions
or methodologies or had read any journal articles.  I don't think anything
was at ICAAC but maybe I missed something.  We're hoping to use a modified
plaque reduction assay but in microtiter format.  Thanks in advance
