The Hot Zone implies that a lot of monkey importation is irresponsible -
done by cowboys who don't care about health & safety as long as they make
a fast buck.  I spoke to a British virologist who said the same thing -
and added that their importation is no longer very neccessary either.  Can
anyone comment on this (here or via email)? I'm very interested to find
out more.
