PCR Methods

Hello,

I'm new to internet, so I hope i wont't mess around...
I have to choose beetween 2 methods : Amplicor (Roche) and Amplicis (Cis
BIo) and i would like to know what experience do you have with both of
them.
I'm a microbiologist who just starts with PCR and I don't want want to make
the wrong choice so if if you have experience please help...
