STABILITY of POLIOVIRUS, TYPE 3, ATTENUATED

Does anyone know if PV (3), attenuated,  has a different stability during
purification than the other PV serotypes?? We purify with a 30K spin and a
CsCl gradient.  We have consistently found that PV(3), attenuated, is
mostly (99.9) lost during the purification, but the other serotypes are
not.
