SV40 in poliovaccine

Dear netters,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether SV40 contaminated 
poliovaccine was ever distributed in Australia. Reason being that a 
recent paper in Oncogene has linked SV40 with malignant mesothelioma, and 
although we have quite a few mesothelioma cases in Australia, if we never 
had contaminated poliovaccines that would rule out that particular avenue 
of exposure.
