Hi,

Has there been any information published on the
sequence or organization of a calicivirus genome?
I am particularly interested in how many open
reading frames they have and if they overlap. 
When I checked genebank, I didn't find
anything. Could there be problems associated 
with sequencing their genomes? Any info
would be appreciated. Thanks.
