HCV and HEV plasmids

Hi Everyone:
We are planning to study the expression of anti-HCV and anti-HEV antibody in
patients. We need viral protein as an antigen to detect the anitbody. One way
to to get pure viral protein is to have plasmid to express viral protein in
vivo. Is it possible anyone will provid us the plasmid containing the HCV and
HEV sequence?
Any information and help will be appreciated.
