FACS detection of virus binding

Dear Net-folks:
Does anybody want to share protocols/experience to detect the binding of a
virus to a target cell by FACS analysis using an antibody (mab or other) to
the viral surface protein?  
First hand/second hand knowledge or references to (un)published material
are wellcome.
