Need list of AIDS journals

I am an undergraduate biochem student doing a research project
on the molecular biology of AIDS and am overwhelmed with 
information. Could somebody provide me with a short-list (around
5) of journals which contain the most recent developments in 
AIDS research. I am specifically interested in information 
pertaining to potential vaccines and the mechanism of action of
the HIV virus.
