Yeah, I was anticipating that the description of the scope would elicit=20
suggestions, but also that it will be amended before this process would=20
be adopted. I=E2=80=99ll keep your concern regarding mentioning a mission i=
n=20
mind. I will also review the section that mentions off-list correspondence.

I considered including a process for nominating BIP=E2=80=AFEditors, but fe=
lt=20
that it would bloat the scope of this proposal too much. I would prefer=20
that it were covered by a separate BIP.
